Note: We are restricted from exporting our RDX training aid; therefore, we cannot accept international orders containing products that include our RDX training aid.

It depends on where you are. Orders from new United States customers will take approximately 5–7 business days to arrive. Existing customers typically receive their orders within 5 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7–16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We want to make sure our training aids don’t get into the wrong hands. Prior to receiving your first order, we verify that your organization meets our requirements for receiving our products.

In most cases, yes. If you ordered a product in error and it has not been opened, we will accept your return. Please see our terms and conditions for more information on returns. In addition, if you would rather not dispose of your used products, you can send them back to us and we will dispose of them for you.
